Every day will be spent mostly outside (weather permitting) doing a variety of activities.
Each day is themed with a character trait - such as perseverance, and a focus - such as puzzles and games. Every activity is intentionally designed for your camper to have the most fun while getting important lessons.
Campers will create a character sheet with what they learned about each day's word. At the end of the week your camper will bring home a paper with what they learned, and their goals for themselves.

The TopKid "Character Builder" Method has 5 daily phases

Morning Character Foundation - introduce the trait
Engagement & Application - fun activities tied to the character trait
Connection & Recognition - campers are supported while they discuss and identify the trait from their morning
Afternoon Activities - reinforce with new activities while campers are now aware of their actions in relation to the trait
Reinforcement & Reflection - ensure understanding, internalize, and celebrate campers' actions from the day

Throughout the week we will be using our creative minds, playing games, solving interesting puzzles, getting active, and have a volunteer service event. All of these will reinforce the lessons we are learning about character, community, and success.
